ORDER

The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul District, when he recalled NBW issued against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is working as Sales Executive in a certain private company and that the condition to appear before the Court on daily basis literally threatens his employment.

4. These are matters, where the petitioner ought to approach the concerned Magistrate, who imposed the condition, and explain him inconvenience that he faces. The petitioner appears to be in a hurry to come to this Court, which this Court cannot appreciate. The petitioner is now directed to approach the concerned Magistrate Court with a petition to modify the condition, whereupon the learned Magistrate may take into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the threat the petitioner faces to his employment in view of the condition imposed and shall dispose of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
