The revision petitioner / wife has filed this revision seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai to dispose of DVC.No.11 of 2019, pending on its file as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondent is not necessary.
3. Since the matter is pending from 2019, the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai is directed to dispose of the DVC.No.11 2019 pending on its file, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
