RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 20.09.2017 in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 12164/2017 directing the Petitioner to appear before the concerned court daily twice 10.30 A.M and 5.30 P.M until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, 1992, in Crime No.171 of 2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 60 days.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
