Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C., and Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.721 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 23 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
