Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of detention made in detention order No.11/2018 dated 19.02.2018 on the file of the District Collector and District Magistrate, Dindigul District, Dindigul the 2nd respondent herein, branding the detenue by name Nagarajan S/o.Arumugam aged about 33 years, as "Bootlegger" who is now confined in Central Prison, Madurai, Madurai District and quash the impugned order of detention and set him at liberty by producing him before this court.
