ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., r/w Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.479 of 2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
