ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the second Respondent to take appropriate action on the Petitioner's complaint dated 02.11.2023 and conclude the enquiry in connection with C.No.1972/PG/COP/Camp/TRC/2023 on the file of the second Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint was taken as current paper 2/4

in C.No.02/INS/CCB-II/TRC/2024 and enquiry was conducted and closed on 16.01.2024, based on the circular of the Director General of Police/ Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu and the Additional Director General of Police, Law and Order, Tamil Nadu.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
