ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This contempt petition is filed to punish the contemnors/Respondents for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.09.2024 in Writ Appeal (MD). No.1645 of 2024. 2.This Court while dismissing the writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No.1645 of 2024, has directed the appellant to pay all the monetary benefits payable to the teacher within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a receipt of a copy of this order. Alleging that the order of this Court has not been complied with. The present contempt petition has been filed. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the monetary benefits payable to the teacher namely, Leema Rose, has been paid to her and the amount has been

transferred to her Bank account maintained in the State Bank of India. She would further submit that since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition will not lie.
