RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to totally relaxed the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.6834 of 2017 dated 08.06.2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PRABU RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.48 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 22 weeks.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
