ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 20.03.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1) (aaa), 4(1-A) Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and 6, 7 TN Rectified Sprit Rules 2000, in Crime No.219 of 2019, seeks bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has been detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, in P.D.No.05/2019, dated 04.04.2019 under the Boot-Legger Act. He has also produced a copy of the detention order. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
