ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent seeking police protection at the hands of the respondents 3 to 5.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on receipt of the complaint, the petitioner was issued with C.S.R.No.1048 of 2021 and conducted detailed enquiry, after issuance of notice to the respondents 3 to 5 and thereafter, it was closed on 09.01.2022.
