RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21601 of 2022 dated 07.12.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAYA PERUMAL.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21601 of 2022, dated 07.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.1657 of 2023 respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
