ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is the de-facto Complainant and he had filed this petition seeking direction against the the Respondents for completion of investigation in Crime No.394 of 2022 and to file final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondents would submit that the investigation is completed and final report laid before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Iluppur, Pudukkottai District. He would further submit that the Court had been newly constituted Court. Therefore, there are some technical problems in e-filing.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
