Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenu by name Mary Monisha, (Minor aged 17 years), D/o.R.Charles, before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala,J.,) The petitioner is the father of the detenu. Alleging that the detenu, namely, Mary Monisha, aged 17 years was found missing from 02.03.2018 and since her whereabouts was not known, even after the complaint to the respondent police, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu has been produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through the respondent police.

3.On being enquired the detenu, she expressed her willingness to go along with her parents. The parents, who are present before this Court undertake to take the custody of the detenu.

4.Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
