O R D E R
This Writ Petition is directed against the impugned interim order passed by the first respondent in Na.ka.No.T5/20955/2020, dated 11.12.2020, stayed the patta transfer order passed by the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the State would submit that the first respondent has dismissed the revision petition itself vide order, dated 25.11.20222 and thereby vacating the interim stay already granted and directed the parties to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedies.

3. The learned counsel for the private respondents would submit that the civil suit in O.S.No.9 of 2017 is pending before the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the State, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to canvass his rights in the suit in O.S.No.9 of 2017 pending before the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
