ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This petition has been filed by the wife, having two children, seeking custody of his husband.

2.The petitioner would submit that the detenu is having relationship with one Ramja and that made her to prefer a complaint. It was brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents police separated the said Ramja and the detenu and that action has enabled the detenue to escape from the clutches of law. However, there is an assurance on the part of the detenu that there is no relationship with Ramja except as friend and even that friendship would not continue and the undertaking will be recorded https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that action will be taken against him, if there is violation of undertaking.

3.Recording the same, this H.C.P. is closed and the detenu, viz., Vijayakumar, S/o.Chithiran, aged about 30 years is set at liberty.
