ORDER

Challenge in this writ petition is to the tender notification issued by the second respondent dated 09.01.2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appeearing for the respondents submitted that following the tender notification, work order has been issued and work has been completed by the successful bidder.

3. In the light of the above, nothing survives for further consideration. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
