ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 to 4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of IPC r/w 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.25 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that after performing the betrothal ceremony, the accused have stopped the marriage demanding additional dowry.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the daughter of the first petitioner/A2 was kidnapped by the first accused for which, he has given a complaint against the first accused. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after stopping the marriage with the defacto complainant, the first accused has married the daughter of the 2nd accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the above fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, hence this petition is dismissed.
