2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
