ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J] This petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue, seeking custody of her daughter, namely, Rajathi, W/o.Saravanan, aged about 21 years, by impleading the son-in-law as the third respondent.

2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. We have also perused the records carefully.

3.The detenue/wife of the third respondent has originally preferred a compliant before the All Women Police Station, Melur, against her husband and mother-in-law. During enquiry, it appears that the husband, who was at Dubai has returned back and has given a statement that he would set-up a separate family after permanently returning from Dubai and in the meantime, the mother-in-law of the detenue would pay a sum of Rs.4,000/- p.m. to the detnue, till the return of the third respondent. Based upon the said statement, the complaint has been closed. But no details has been found place in this petition in regard to the enquiry conducted by the respondents police. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is lacking material particulars.
