This Criminal Appeal filed under section 14A(2) of scheduled castes and scheduled Tribes(prevention of Atrocities) amendment Act 2015, to set aside the order dated 19/02/2021 passed in CRL MP(MD) no.225 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, special Court for Execlusive Trial cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Sivagangai in crime No.2 of 2021 dated 24/01/2021 on the file of the first respondent police.
ORDER:- This CRL MP Petition coming on for orders on this date and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.An.Ramanathan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. K.Sanjaigandhi, Government 1/3
Advocate for the respondent(crl side), this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4253 of 2021, in Crl.A(MD)No.121 of 2021, dated 25.06.2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 01.07.2021. He further stated that the petitioner is a sole bread winner of his family and in view of the condition imposed on him, he could not go for work.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 01.07.2021.
4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4253 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.121 of 2021, dated 25.06.2021 is relaxed in toto.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
