ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) The detenu along with minor son namely, Sankamesh, aged about 4 1⁄2 years have been produced by the 2nd respondent. 2.The detenu informs having left the matrimonial home owing to suspicious nature of petitioner and repeated taunts, she informs to petitioner that she stayed in her friend's home at Arupukkottai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and that she wishes to return to the parental home. 3.Her brother namely, Senthil Kumar is present and informs that both the detenu and her son will be housed at the parental home.
4.The said position has been informed to the petitioner. Leaving it open to both the petitioner as also his wife to work out their remedies before appropriate forum, this petition shall stand closed.
