The petitioner is the de-facto complainant. This petition has been filed directing the respondent to file the final report. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that since one of the accused was juvenile in conflict with law, final report was filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Tirunelveli and another final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor on 07.09.2021. Cognizance is yet to be taken.

3.The Jurisdictional Magistrate as well as the Juvenile Justice Board are directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
