ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioner has approached this Court alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.01.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.504 of 2024.
2.The writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking permission to conduct Jallikattu, was dismissed recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that no notification is issued by the Government for this year granting permission to the village of the petitioner to conduct Jallikattu and also directing the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Government. This Court has not given any findings on the merits of the matter. Hence, the question of contempt would not arise at all.
