ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the first respondent to contrast the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2025.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that there is property dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent, who had given a complaint before respondent police. Under the guise of enquiry, the respondent police is harassing the petitioners. 3.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that there is property dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent and in this regard a complaint has been received and the petitioner was called for the purpose of enquiry and this has been projected as harassment.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioners to show their bona fide are ready to appear before the respondent police on 05.02.2025 for enquiry.

5.In view of the above said undertaking, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on 05.02.2025 and give their explanation with relevant materials, if any, to the respondent police. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry without any further delay.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
