ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.15 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the de-facto complainant are the husband and wife and the petitioner and his family members demanded more dowry after the marriage and hence, the de-facto complainant has given a complaint to the respondent police and the same has been registered in Crime No.15 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act .

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and they have agreed for reunion. A Mediation Report, dated 27.10.2015, has been placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate No.III, Trichy, and on his executing a own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
