ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused, in Crime No.61 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.09.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w Section 20(b) ii (B) of NDPS Act and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 5.400 kgs of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case and it is further submitted that the contraband is within the limit of less than commercial quantity.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having six previous cases to her credit, which are all below commercial quantity.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Presiding Officer / Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Thoothukudi and report before the Muthiyapuram Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 05/10/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
