ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the first accused in Crime No.199 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.08.2015. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner's sister married the de facto complainant and later, the marriage was dissolved by a decree of divorce and on the date of occurrence, due to previous enmity, the de facto complainant was attacked and abused by the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that A2 and A3 were already released on bail. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 7.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
