ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) Detenue has been produced by the second respondent having secured her from Puthuvayal in the company of the third respondent. The husband of the petitioner as also the third respondent are present.

2.Detenue born on 14.05.2000 has now attained majority. She informs of having entered into a marriage with the third respondent. Though the same is yet to be registered, she informs her intent to go along with the third respondent.

3.Petitioner, the father of the detenue has been informed of such position. In the circumstance, this Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
