ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] The detenu is produced before this Court. He would state that after going for work at Tuticorin, he missed the cell phone and that is the reason for non communication to his wife and he has no other grievance as against the petitioner herein. He has also given an assurance that he will be jointly living with the petitioner.

2.Recording the said undertaking, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
