ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the her and to take legal action against the third respondent. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was received only yesterday (i.e., 09.02.2021) and the same is registered in CSR.No.31 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.
