[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Challenging the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka. 1131/2022/A6, dated 30.11.2022, the petitioner has filed Writ Petition.

2. Heard Mr.R.Gandhi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.J.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Balasubramani, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to

5. In view of the order proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 6 and 7 is dispensed with.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that this writ

petition has become infructuous in view of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Periyakularm dated 30.01.2023, wherein it is informed that the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 30.11.2022 is withdrawn and necessary action will be taken by the District Level Vigilance Cell. He has produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court.
