This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2026 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint was taken on file, enquired into by the second respondent, and has already been closed.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report. The petitioner is also at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the competent Court or the Civil Court, as the case may be.
