ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered in Crime No.50 of 2021 of C-2, Subramaniapuram Police Station against the present petitioner for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
