Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for records in pursuant to the Charge Sheet in S.T.C.No.2515 of 2018 in respect of Crime No.117 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sattur, Virudhunagar District and quash the same as illegal as against the accused Nos.1, 7, 9, 14, 15 and 18.
