RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extend the time imposed in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 14871/2020 order dated 18.01.2021 and permit the Petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the Honouable Judicial Magistrate Court, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District. Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.UDHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14871 of 2020, dated 18.01.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14871 of 2020 and one of the conditions is that the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.303 of 2019 within a period of three weeks. The petitioner was unable to make such payment. Hence, he seeks extension of time. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1306 of 2021 4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and payment by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted and if the petitioner fails to comply with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioners and proceed in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. sd/- 24/02/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
