ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file final report in Crime No.568 of 2018, on the file of the 2nd respondent and proceed with the same as per law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondents have registered a case in the above said crime number on 13.06.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of six months. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
