(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 & 2.
2. The petitioner claims that the detenue is his lover and that she has been illegally detained against her will. When this HCP was taken up for hearing, the second respondent produced the detenue before us. The detenue made it clear that she wants to go with her mother only. She does not want to join the petitioner.
3. Recording the submission of the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
