Respondents Prayer: Writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in D.O.No.94/2017 dated 17.12.2017 and quash the same as illegal and produce the detenu, namely, Guru @ Rajaguru, S/o.Kalidass, aged about 24 years, who has been confined in Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty.
