ORDER

It is a case of the complainant seeking a direction to register the case in respect of the complaint dated 25.08.2015.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that already a case has been registered in this regard and the respondent is not in a position to decide to whom the document shall be handed over.

4. When there is a rival claim with regard to the document, the second respondent is directed to produce the document before the Judicial Magistrate concerned and the said Magistrate shall decide the dispute whenever an application is filed under Section 451 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
