PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.209 of 2018, dated 17.12.2018 on the file of the respondent police and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.209 of 2018, dated 17.12.2018 on the file of the respondent police and proceed with the same as per law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondents have registered a case in the above said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ crime number on 17.12.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of six weeks. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
