Prayer in this Writ Petition is to quash the impugned rejection order passed by the third respondent, dated 11.01.2024 and consequently to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct 'Bullock cart race' and 'Horse race' at Peravunrani Aavanam Road to Enathi Karambai, on 27.01.2024 at about 06.00 a.m to 02.00 p.m.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
