O R D E R

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that a copy of the complaint of the third party has not been furnished and hence, the proceedings in pursuance to the show cause notice is challenged in this writ petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondent had furnished the copy of the complaint of the third party to the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, the petitioner may not have any grievance. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to submit his explanation within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents shall consider the same on merits and take appropriate action in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
