ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 22.06.2016 for offences punishable under Section 363 IPC and Sections 5(i)(ii) and Section 6 of Protection of Children of Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Cr.No.34 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the victim girl.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that chargesheet has already been filed and investigation stands completed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has been in custody from 22.06.2016, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukottai, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned

Court daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
