ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 20__ on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, only enquiry is undertaken. It appears that there is a Car vending transaction between the parties. Since no case is registered against the petitioner so far, he shall appear before the respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the enquiry. Question of granting anticipatory bail at this stage may not arise. If any case is registered during the course of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

3.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
