ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the second respondent to conduct investigation and dispose the CSR No. 1664/2024 within a period stipulated time by this Court

2. The petitioner has sent representation to the respondent police, though CSR No.1664 of 2024 assigned, no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending in CSR No.1664 of 2024.

4. In view of the same, respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner along with the rival parties and conclude the same within a period of two months from the date or receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
