O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for transfer of O.S.NO. 182 of 2019 now pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi to the file of the District Munsif Court at Coonoor.

2. The Petitioner is the wife of the respondent and she lives separately from her husband and now she is residing at Coonoor. In the meantime, the respondent has laid O.S.No.182 of 2019 before the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi for restitution of his conjugal rights. The petitioner on her part has filed D.V.A.C.No.8 of 2019 before the District Munsif Court, Coonoor and now she has filed the present petition seeking transfer of O.S.No.182 of 2019 pending before the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi to the file of the District Munsif Court, Coonoor.

3. Heard both sides.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of this petition for transfer. 5.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, O.S.No.182 of 2019, now pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi is directed to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the file of the District Munsif https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.68 of 2020 Court, Coonoor for disposal as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
