PRAYER :- For Bail in Cr.No.737 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who were arrested on 07.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.737 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused under the guise of getting a job to the defacto complainant has obtained Rs.25,00,000/- and cheated him. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 07.12.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, most of the investigation might have been over and also the fact that within three days the petitioner is entitled to statutory bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.2091 of 2022 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Thoothukudi and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 03/02/2022 / TRUE COPY / 04/02/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
