O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records relating to the order dated 04.01.2022 made in Cr.M.P.No.129 of 2021 in M.C.No.62 of 2004 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and set aside the same as illegal.

2. On the earlier occasion, after hearing both side counsels, this Court referred the matter to the mediation centre attached to this Bench, wherein, settlement has been arrived between the parties, by which, the respondent has agreed to receive the balance of arrear amount (i.e) Rs.83,000/-(Rupees Eighty Three Thousand only) and monthly maintenance amount of Rs.39,000/- from January 2023 to January 2024.

3. In view of the above settlement, this Criminal Revision petition is disposed of as infructuous. The terms of settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of the order.
