O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed in order to punish the respondent/contemnor for her willful and wanton disobedience of the order passed in WP(MD)No.19173 of 2022, dated 23/08/2022.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint was forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Special Cell, Madurai. During the course of investigation, since, suit is pending between the parties, they are advised to work their remedy in the pending suit itself. With the above said advise, the above said complaint itself was closed, on 04/02/2023. The closure report has also been served upon the petitioner through registered post and he has also agreed to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. So, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration.

4.In view of above, this contempt petition is closed.
